In the Humanitarian Foundation Initiative to the Less Privileged, we empower and put our lives to change and become strong. We are convinced that long-term change occurs when people are provided with appropriate knowledge and practical skills as well as opportunities that would help them to change their living standards as well as become self-reliant. Our Empowerment Program is thus aimed at empowering the less fortunate in society, especially the youth, women, and the poor in society, by enabling them to have the ability to create a sustainable and productive life.
Unemployment, skills in vocations, and access to financial opportunities are the major issues that many people in underperforming communities cannot tackle. These issues usually fail to make them economically independent and support their families. Our empowerment programs are meant to fill this gap by providing programs that emphasize skills acquisition, entrepreneurship development, and personal capacity building.
Our organization supports the vocational and technical training programs that enable participants of the program to acquire practical skills in areas leading to self-employment or development of small businesses. The programs are modeled to provide the beneficiaries with practical knowledge that will enable them to establish their own businesses, make incomes, and also make contributions to the economic development of their communities.
Besides skills training, the Empowerment Program also includes mentoring, guidance, and capacity-building workshops, which enable the participants to acquire confidence, leadership capacity, and financial management skills. Its members are motivated to find their talents, to use their potential to the maximum, and to become selfless workers in their communities.
Where feasible, we also facilitate the participants through linking them to opportunities, resources, and alliances that may enable them to broaden their economic operations. We assist individuals in stopping depending and start being productive through innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
Empowerment is aimed at establishing long-lasting effects and not a short-term solution. Investing in people and enabling them to become stronger will assist in creating strong communities, where people will be able to support themselves, improve their families, and help the community, society, or the economy to grow.
In this program, the Humanitarian Foundation Initiative to the Less Privileged will still be dedicated to recovering hope, fostering dignity, and building means to a brighter future among the vulnerable and underserved groups.
